Our organization mainly focused on following areas (1) To ensure the overall development of rural areas through employment generation, poverty alleviation, community empowerment, and development of human and other economic resources. (2) To restoring ecological balance by harnessing, conserving and developing natural resources of land, water and vegetative cover. (3)To enable poor own their resource-based institutionalized action towards their self-reliance through capacity building, skill development training, awareness program, forming village-level institutions such as SHG’s UG’s, EC’s. (4) To create ecological balance by judicious use of natural resources through need-based facilitation. (5) To educate, support and create awareness on child health and women empowerment. (6) To promote strategies for the realization of full potentials of the vulnerable through a participatory approach.

Production and Distribution of Masks
Due to COVID19 crisis, we produced and distributed 5000 masks for poor people at Chitradurga and Davangeri districts on 22nd May 2020.During the pandemic safety was an important measure and taking this as an initiative our organization distributed masks to the people in and around Chitradurga and Davangeri districts.
NABARD Financial Literacy awareness program
Awareness on Financial Literacy & Central Government campaigns & Pradhanamantri Yojane Programs through Street play: About 12 StreetPlays programs were sanctioned by NABARD to conduct awareness on Financial literacy and other Central Government Projects in rural areas of Chitradurga District by involving Bankers and Panchyat members. And the program was successful fully conducted in about 12 Villages from 4 taluks across Chitradurga District. Performance from the street play artist was successful in mobilizing the concept.
SEDP Training Program to PMKSY-3rd Batch
In PMKSY Watershed areas Women SHG’s were formed in order to provide sustainable livelihood to landless and women. To such members Skill Entrepreneurs Development training program provided.
Enterprenurs Awerness Program under PMKSY-Watershed Development Project
In PMKSY-Watershed Development Project CBO’s such as Women SHG’s were formed in order to provide sustainable livelihood to landless and women through IGA activities through training, capacity building, linkage, and market support. In order to identify the activities, requirement of training, select entrepreneurs EAP training program is conducted to all the SHG members and a Sub-Plan will plan to arrange SEDP/EDP program in SubWatershed Level.
PMKSY(IWMP) 2nd Batch Evaluation study work
Evaluation work was on Impact on natural resources – on soil, water, and vegetation. For impact on soil and water, as no data has been collected pre or post-project, farmer’s perception has been taken to assess the impact. Following parameters were considered for assessing the impact on natural resources and report was submitted Assistant Director of Agriculture. i. Change in cropping pattern ii. The area under plantation and Forest cover iii. Increase in the yield/ha of crops iv. Employment in Non Agricultural sectors v. Fodder and fuel Production
PMKSY(IWMP) 1st Batch Evaluation study work
Chitradurga District is one of the most drought-prone district in Karnataka where, agriculture is one of the major occupation and water resources are very negligible in this taluk majority of agriculture is of rainfed and some of the big farmers have adopted some irrigation facilities like open wells, tube/borewells for cultivation but, overexploitation of the groundwater resulting in decrease in groundwater level and because of prolonged dry spells due to drought lowering the soil fertility finally resulting in; low crop productivity, decrease in crop cultivation rate, decrease in livestock forage, economic crisis, and migration. Hence various Watershed development program has been implemented in this district. So the department has assigned for an evaluation study of those areas thus 4 watershed areas were provided for us to conduct study and submit the reports.
NABARD “Jal Jeevan Hai”- SAVE WATER CAMPAIGN
Emphasis on water conservation, harvesting and water use efficiency. To create peoples’ movement in water resources conservation, utilization, and management using efficient, cost-effective and proven technology through a participatory approach. To cover maximum villages under the campaign during the current monsoon and expand to all villages in an on-going manner NABARD to partner with all Stakeholders to convey the message with tangible results. A Voluntary initiation our organization has involved in this campaign and as Jaldhoot visited around 60 Villages across Chitradurga Taluk.
